Volunteer Opportunities with OneCompassion

Hello friends!

With summer just around the corner, we’re excited to share some wonderful opportunities for you to serve with us at OneCompassion! Our volunteers are the heart of everything we do, and we’re always looking for new hands and hearts to join us in making a difference.

Christmas in July 2025

One of our largest and most impactful ministries is Christmas in July, a local outreach supporting approximately 75 families in Johnston County. As families prepare for the new school year, we help provide:

  • School supplies

  • Clothing

  • Food

We need volunteers for every part of this effort—from shopping and organizing to packing and delivering. Whether you can give a few hours or join us throughout the process, we’d love to have you on board!

We’re also working on a new volunteer system that will make it easier to stay informed and get involved in future events—stay tuned!

OneTable (Monthly Community Meal)

OneTable is our monthly outreach providing a free, nutritious, and delicious meal for members of the Clayton community. It’s a time to share food, stories, and prayer in a welcoming space.

We need help with:

  • Set-up and clean-up

  • Serving food

  • Praying and fellowshipping with guests

These nights are truly a blessing, and we’d love for you to be part of them.
